Santa Baby!
Santa!
5 Months!
- You eat a 6oz bottle every 3 hours during the day.
- You started eating rice cereal and baby food. You have tried sweet potatoes and bananas and love both.
- You have a few size 2 diapers left and then we are switching to a size 3.
- You are still wearing size 3-6 month clothes.
- Today on your 5 month birthday, you started rolling from your belly to your back. You are a rolling machine. Every time we lay you down on your belly you instantly roll over to your back.
- You got your first ear infection and pink eye this month. - You are still a great sleeper and we hope it always stays that way!
- You are the sweetest little boy and smile all the time. Mommy and Daddy love you very much! Happy 5 months baby!

Jaxson's a big boy!
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
I just love our tree. Our colors are black, red, and silver. I usually put a tree in our dining room too, but that's where I keep all of Jaxson's stuff right now. I do plan on putting it up next year though. I love having the whole house feel like Christmas. Next year, I also want to get Jaxson a tree for his room. Maybe I can find the tree and ornaments on sale after Christmas. I know he will be more interested in the tree next year! Although, he does love looking at the lights!
I am almost finished Christmas shopping. I started yesterday and have about 6 or 7 more gifts to buy before I'm done. I think this is the earliest I have ever started shopping! It's actually nice to be ahead for once!
I love Christmas time - the cold weather, driving around looking at lights, spending time with family, good food, giving gifts. It will be here & over before we know it... It always goes by too fast!

Thanksgiving 2010
Okay back to Thanksgiving. This year we ate with my side of the family. We were having a late meal, so before we headed to Don & Emmy's house we went to visit with Grandpa Bill and Grandma Betty. Brandee and Ian were in town for the holiday and it was nice to spend some time with them. I like having someone to talk to about baby things. I think it's cool that Ian and Jaxson are so close in age. It's going to get better the older they get. The holidays will get funner each year.
After we left there, it was time to go to Emmy's house and eat. I love turkey and dressing and mashed potatos. I could do without everything else and just fill up on that. Everything tasted so good, Emmy did a great job! She insist on cooking everything herself and won't let anyone bring anything.
